He was an elite high school athlete in Lubbock, TX; and has also played and coached at the collegiate and professional levels. With 14 years of experience in the coaching/sports performance/fitness/strength and conditioning fields, Jason has had the opportunity to train clients of every level, age and gender. He focuses on Functional Training, which involves Flexibility, Balance/Coordination, Core Training, Speed, Agility, Quickness, Explosiveness, Total Body Strength, and the most current and effective ways to enhance overall athletic performance and personal health. Jason strives to make Next Level the premier Fitness Performance and Sports Performance Training facility in the Permian Basin.

Baseball InstructorE-mail: calvin.fugett@NextLevelSportsTraining.orgCalvin was drafted in 2000 out of Montebello High School in Denver, CO, by the San Francisco Giants. In 1999, he earned recognition as a USA Today All-American. Following his high school career, Calvin played at Texas Southern University in Houston. There he was awarded All-Southwest Athletic Conference in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004. Calvin also received a B.A. in Psychology during his stay at TSU. Calvin is no stranger to the sport of baseball. His varied baseball experiences, with both playing and instructing, enable him to bring a wealth of baseball knowledge to this organization. We are very pleased to have Calvin as part of Next Level.

Managing various other programs across the country, she understands the importance for each child to learn and enjoy what they are doing. You will see Amy's dedication to every child and striving to always improve the program. Her coaching accolades include numerous state, regional, zone and national qualifiers as well as college scholarship recipients. Amy is a 2xNational Champion and All-American diver, was an elite gymnast and is a member of Stonegate Fellowship Church. You will see her husband Jason, son Brody and daughter Audrey often at Next Level.MATT KOFFEL Co-Owner and Head Coach of NEXT LEVEL GymnasticsEmail: matt.koffel@NextLevelSportsTraining.orgMatt has been coaching for 9 years. Returning from the 2008 Beijing Olympics with USA Gymnastics Future Stars Coaches, he has brought a wealth of knowledge to the program. Matt is known for his passion for helping every child reach their fullest potential and has a gift to work with children no matter their ability.His coaching accomplishments include numerous state individual and team champions for Women's All-Around, National Cheerleading Titles and the honor of traveling with Team USA to England with United States Diving. Matt also holds a black belt in Karate and is an accomplished vocalist and a member of First Church of the Navarene in Odessa.
