ENHANCE SPEED

 

GENERATION II SUPER TREADMILL

            Designed for speed training, this specialized treadmill provides a speed range from 0-28 miles per hour and is capable of an incline up to 40 percent and decline to 10 percent. Raised and lowered hydraulically, these unique treadmills are designed to help athletes improve their speed while reducing force at the knee upon foot strike.

By elevating the grade, runners automatically learn to maintain forceful knee drive, proper pelvic position, high foot carry-through and full extension with every stride. Its subsurface was designed from interchangeable polymers to provide additional shock absorption. The treadmill also has a specially-designed spotting mechanism and handlebar for backward running.

The attributes of incline running, combined with the safety of increased shock absorption, provide the opportunity for repeated exercises under ideal conditions to improve stride length, and, in turn, improve speed training.




DEVELOP AGILITY



PLYOMETRIC PLATFORM

            Our multi-layered Plyo Platform brings safety and state-of-the-art technique to plyometric jump exercises. With SprintCord technology built into its frame, the Plyo Platform is the only plyometric device that recruits the hip flexors, extensors, abductors and adductors during actual athletic movements. Flexors and extensors are strengthened for forward and reverse speed.

            The Plyo Platform is ideal for sport-specific training. Repositioning the SprintCords and altering the patterns of movement within our four-vector formation can create 52 different load combinations to the lower extremity, making it possible to create precise regimens designed for specific results.





BUILD POWER



PLYOMETRIC PRESS

            The Plyo Press is a machine designed for the distinctive combination of leg strength training and plyometrics. No other device helps athletes achieve the unique benefit of building strength in ways that also benefit speed training.

            The greatest muscle activity happens in dynamic exercise such as jumping. The Plyo Press is much more effective than other lower-extremity-strengthening exercises such as squats and leg press devices like the hip sled.
This machine allows injured athletes the opportunity to start their rehabilitation and range of motion exercises before they are fully weight bearing.

PRO MULTI-HIP MACHINE

            In every competitive sport, athletes are required to control their center of gravity to maintain balance and stability. The center of gravity and the ability of an athlete to move their center of gravity is affected by abdominal, back and most significantly, hip girdle strength. The problem facing athletes who wish to strengthen the hip girdle is finding a machine that will provide functional movement patterns in the four planes of athletic motion, as well as accommodate both a wide range of athlete sizes and strength levels. The Pro Multi-Hip provides multi-plane motions to replicate the specific actions used by athletes in their sport. It also addresses the size problem by accommodating athletes from 5' to 7' tall, and provides appropriate resistance for strengthening the motions of hip flexion, extension, abduction and adduction. Resistance can be adjusted from less than 15 pounds for lateral movement patterns, to 375 pounds for dynamic power movements.



IMPLOSION MACHINE

            The Pro Implosion builds the kind of upper body strength that gives athletes momentum, speed and economic movement in concert with the lower body. The truly unique ability of the machine is that it provides adjustments to perform press exercises every 10 degrees from the normal bench press position to behind the head press. The 10 degree variability and neutral position of the hand and arm offers a broad variety of rehabilitation applications such as protraction while preventing bicep tendon impingement commonly found in machines with traditional hand positions. The Pro Implosion strengthens the entire shoulder and chest as it replicates the radiated arm motion used during athletic play. This powerful upward movement supplies force to your run and jump, and tackle power to athletes in contact sports. This equipment can be used for single arm exercises and for double arm exercises. Traditional training for strength as well as plyometric for the upper body can be done on one machine.






 

CORD TECHNOLOGY

            Our Cord Programs implement the use of various resistance cords for sport-specific training. The use of our cord technology enhances your workouts by providing resistance to upper and lower body extremities, building more powerful motions for sprinting, jumping, kicking, throwing, hitting, swinging or other sport-specific motions.

   
            PowerCord™

            The PowerCord™ is a patented training aid that utilizes cords to provide upper extremity resistance to the arms, trunk and shoulders for better movements in sports such as hockey, basketball, volleyball and baseball/softball.
Along with a specialized-training protocol, the PowerCord™ helps build sport-specific power skills such as shooting, throwing and hitting. PowerCords are used in conjunction with the sport-specific training protocols for volleyball, baseball/softball, basketball and hockey. Athletes looking for improvement in any sport-specific movement utilizing the upper extremities will benefit from using the PowerCord™.

            ThrowingCord™

            To improve throwing velocity, we combine our training protocol with the patented ThrowingCord™, manipulating the neuromuscular system and developing strength and mechanics specific to throwing a baseball, softball, football or even javelin. We have observed an average improvement in throwing velocity of 4 miles per hour with college players, and every player from youth through professionals have witnessed improvements in throwing velocity.

            HittingCord™/Harness

           Optimizing the mechanics taught by coaches, the hitting Program, utilizing the HittingCord™/Harness, recruits all muscles involved in swinging a bat, a golf club or a tennis racquet to develop greater swing speed and hip rotation. Players from the youth to professional levels are using this training technology to achieve excellent results for baseball, softball and golf.


            KickingCord™

            Our patented KickingCord™ engages the specific recruitment of all muscles involved in kicking, developing optimal kicking mechanics and concentric and eccentric strength - which contribute to a successful Program, with documented results in NFL place-kickers and punters. Athletes in soccer and the martial arts benefit as well.


 
 

Sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes.
You will train individually or in small groups, with a maximum of four (4) athletes per group.

There is an expiration on all training packages.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required or sessions is forfeited.
