This program is designed for the individual ready to make changes in their life in order to achieve or improve their physical fitness. Our Professional staff of specialists welcome beginners, as well as exercise enthusiasts ready to achieve a higher level of fitness. We use the most effective exercise modalities and techniques to help you the client reach your goals. Our areas of specialty include, but are not limited to:

PRICING
4 Week Package (2 days a week): $480
4 Week Package (3 days a week): $720
8 Week Package (2 days a week): $880
8 Week Package (3 days a week): $1320
Sessions are approximately 45-60 minutes.
There is an expiration on all training packages.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required on all sessions.
