Performance Testing
Treadmill Speed and Endurance Test Vertical Jump - depending on age
Muscular Strength - depending on age
Injury Prevention
Functional Movement Training – Identify areas of weakness and develop corrective strategies Regeneration – Aid in workout recovery to keep body optimized for performance each day Pre-Hab Exercises – Target areas of the body to prevent injuries before they happen

Pre Workout Sports Drink – Aids in hydration providing carbohydrates and electrolytes to avoid cramps and stay energized and focused Post Workout Protein Shake – Aid in recovery of muscles providing essential proteins and nutrients
Nutrition 101 - Understand how to fuel and hydrate the body to achieve peak performance before, during, and after games and practices
Athletes work individually or in small groups, getting individual attention
to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.
There is an expiration on all training packages.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required or sessions is forfeited.
